The Fountain Spa was started as a mission with a vision to deliver resort-style day spa experiences close to home for Bergen and Rockland County residents. It has been a family-run business since the doors opened in 1994. Every experience and treatment, including the health and beauty products used for each service have been hand-selected by our licensed experts. We have a rich history and heritage, but also pride ourselves on keeping our services current – regularly bringing in the latest HydraFacial and massage therapy technology and techniques. We update our spa menu seasonally to keep our services fresh and new, and give you and your family even more reasons to come back and visit us time and time again.

The Fountain Spa, voted best spa in Bergen County for 12 consecutive years, is an upscale day spa servicing two locations in northern New Jersey. The Fountain Spa offers a variety of services including facials, massages and body treatments, along with a full menu of salon services.
Job Summary
The Spa Reservations Agent’s primarily responsible for maintaining a calm and consistent flow of business through booking spa and salon appointments. The Reservations Agent drives the revenue of the business through effective scheduling of treatments, enthusiastic customer service, and receiving client feedback.
Job Responsibilities
· Be on time for your shift.
· Must have comprehensive knowledge of the menu of spa and salon services.
· Answer all phone calls using appropriate customer service etiquette.
· Schedule reservations, in multiple locations, of spa and salon treatments and monitor availability and staff to maximize use of time and profitability while ensuring that guests’ needs are of first importance.
· Always display a professional demeanor, particularly regarding punctuality, appearance, and general manner.
· Provide detailed descriptions of salon treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
· Utilize reservations computers with skill and proficiency.
· Actively promote the spa, salon, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
· Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
· Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
· Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Requirements
· Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
· Meevo software experience is preferred.
· Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.
· Strong communication skills
· Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
· Call Center background
