Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you’re searching for a massage therapist who genuinely understands both the science of the body and the art of relaxation, look no further. My experience with DJ is nothing short of exceptional, and it’s rare to find someone who blends technical expertise with such an intuitive, personalized approach.
From the moment I arrive, the atmosphere sets the tone—calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to put you at ease. There is no sense of being rushed or processed like just another appointment. Instead, DJ takes the time to ask meaningful questions about my lifestyle, stress levels, and any areas of discomfort. That initial conversation alone made it clear this was going to be a tailored experience rather than a generic session.
The massage itself is outstanding. DJ demonstrates an impressive understanding of muscle structure and tension patterns, quickly identifying problem areas I hadn’t even mentioned. His technique is both precise and adaptable—applying deep, targeted pressure where needed while maintaining a smooth, flowing rhythm that never feels abrupt or clinical. It strikes the perfect balance between therapeutic effectiveness and deep relaxation.
What stands out most is DJ’s attentiveness throughout the session. He seems to instinctively adjust pressure and technique based on subtle physical cues, ensuring maximum comfort without constant interruption. This level of awareness is something you simply can’t fake—it comes from experience, skill, and a genuine commitment to the client’s well-being.
By the end of the session, the results are undeniable. Long-standing tension is noticeably eased, my range of motion improved, and there is a profound sense of mental clarity and calm that lingers well beyond the appointment. It isn’t just a temporary escape—it feels like a meaningful reset for both body and mind.
In a field where quality can vary widely, DJ operates at a level that truly stands out. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from physical strain, or simply in need of a deeply restorative experience, I can confidently say you’ll be in exceptionally capable hands.
I would not hesitate to recommend DJ's massage services to anyone looking for professionalism, expertise, and a genuinely transformative massage experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been attending the fountain spa for 10+ years they used to have a program where you could be a member. Unfortunately, they discontinued that, but I continued to meet with my masseuse, whatever the cost, because as a retired healthcare provider, my body took a toll Due to my profession. I do make monthly appointments sometimes twice a month and DJ is the only one who can put his hands on your body and know exactly where you have stress he charismatic to talk to and an all-around wonderful technician. I have had many many massages throughout my life and travel all over the world and I always find myself owing right back to Mahwah when I’m home DJ

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just WOW! If there were more than five stars, I’d give them. My daughter gifted me a facial and massage for Christmas, and together it was our first visit to The Fountain Spa was incredible from start to finish.

The facial services by Cayla & Juliet, along with the massages by June and Andrea, were exceptional—thoughtful, relaxing, and truly top-tier. The spa was packed with happy clients openly sharing how amazing the services are, which only added to the excitement of our first visit.

An outstanding experience and a wonderful team. We will absolutely be back.
